Boris Yuryevich Titov (Russian: Борис Юрьевич Титов; born 24 December 1960) is a Russian politician and businessman serving as the presidential commissioner for entrepreneurs' rights since 2012. He has led the Party of Growth, previously known as Right Cause, since February 2016.^[2]

In the 2018 presidential election, Titov ran as a candidate, finishing sixth place with 0.76% of the vote.
